MY STORY

Emily Taylor-Ginger, MSW, LCSW

Collective Growth was established in response to my own growth journey and professional development. Through working in a variety of clinical settings, facilitating trainings, producing curriculum, and supporting colleagues in the field,  the blend of my passions and strengths became more evident. My experience in a group practice, a hospital system, nonprofits, and small business equipped me with the skillset to establish Collective Growth. Join me in creating space for growth within us, between us, and around us.

Why "Collective Growth?"

The art of Collective Growth is about creating space for growth within us, between us, and around us. Throughout my years of practice, I have found that healing rarely takes place in isolation, but rather, growth happens amid a collective of support. A sense of community is not only important for our individual growth, but our individual growth creates a ripple effect for community growth. As we better understand and honor our own hearts, minds, and bodies, we often have greater capacity to engage with others and the world around us. I believe that as each of us find our own healing we contribute towards the growth of the whole, Collective Growth.

Commitment to Diversity, Equity,
+ Inclusion

Collective Growth works to create policies and practices that are rooted in the value of social justice. Collective Growth acknowledges that discriminatory ideologies and practices such as racism, white supremacy, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism, sizeism, and classism are embedded within many systems and individuals. Collective Growth works to dismantle the collective harms that are caused by systems and individuals by creating space for change, growth, and healing.
